Abstract

Le rôle des acteurs dans le renouvellement stratégique a été peu étudié (Schmitt et al., 2016). Notre objectif est de comprendre comment les acteurs s'engagent ou résistent au sein de ce processus. L'étude de cas a permis d'en explorer la dimension interactive au sein une banque régionale. Nous montrons comment l'habilitation, la coordination et l'adhésion s'articulent pour relier les stratégies individuelles au renouvellement stratégique des organisations.
