Abstract

La question des maux du chômage permet de cerner l'ensemble des problèmes associés au phénomène : précarité, déclassement, mise en concurrence des personnes, désaffiliation, coût exorbitant pour la société etc. Cette question se pose dans un contexte de détricotage (par ce que l'on appelle peut-être confusément l'ordre néolibéral), des formes de protections organiques, orchestré depuis le début des années 80 qui entraine un régime de mise en "insécurité sociale" (expression à la Robert Castel), où de plus en plus l'aide devient la contrepartie d'une « allégeance »
