Abstract

L'hôpital 4.0 (aussi appelé l'Hôpital du Futur ou Hôpital Intelligent-"Smart Hospital") se dote de plus en plus de composantes intelligentes et connectées dans différents aspects de sa chaine de valeur, d'une part pour améliorer la qualité des soins à coûts optimisés, et d'autre part pour satisfaire les attentes et les objectifs de ces différentes parties prenantes. Ces pratiques présentent des risques et objectifs différents en fonction des parties prenantes de l'Hôpital 4.0 ; chercher à satisfaire certains critères peut engendrer des impacts importants sur d'autres critères. Nous nous proposons de mettre en exergue une approche holistique pour traiter harmonieusement les risques et objectifs des différentes parties prenantes, de façon conjointe, sur les axes
