Abstract

Avec l'avènement du digital et des technologies associées visant la transformation des pratiques et des usages en liaison avec le domaine de la santé en général et le parcours des soins en particulier, le patient est désormais au centre de tout système de soins moderne et souvent suivi par plusieurs professionnels de santé et dans des lieux multiples. Dans le cadre de ce papier, nous traitons de l'aspect important relatif à l'eXpérience Patient (XP), en prenant comme contexte l'utilisateur en situation de handicap. Nous proposons un cadre méthodologique considérant l'eXpérience Patient suivant l'approche de design thinking visant le développement et la livraison de services numériques accessibles au sens de WCAG2 et AccessiWeb.
