Abstract

À l'heure de la fashion week parisienne, la haute couture française se retrouve une nouvelle fois l'honneur dans le monde entier. L'industrie française du luxe continue en effet, année après année, à enregistrer les succès, avec une filière qui, en intégrant plus largement les cosmétiques, les parfums, le cuir ou encore la bijouterie-joaillerie, reste le principal secteur excédentaire de la France après l'aéronautique, cumulant un excédent commercial de 27 milliards d'euros en 2020. À l'inverse, la filière textile-habillement française connaît de grandes difficultés : elle représente même le troisième déficit sectoriel le plus important, hors énergie, pour un montant de 12,4 milliards d'euros.
