Abstract

Cette note souligne l'intérêt d'instruments de mise en commun de la propriété intellectuelle tels que le Medicines Patent Pool pour la gestion par la communauté internationale de la crise sanitaire liée à la Covid-19. Troisième voie entre la suspension de la propriété intellectuelle et les accords de coopération bilatérale entre industriels, ces instruments présentent des atouts à la fois pour les populations et pour l'industrie pharmaceutique.
