Abstract

La « cyber économie » est la dimension de l'économie qui repose sur des interactions en réseau, un écosystème numérique. Elle fonde la fonction d'un système ou d'une organisation résultant d'une intégration entre facteurs techniques, facteurs humains et facteurs organisationnels. Elle intègre et reconnaît le caractère incontournable des actifs immatériels. Elle dépend de la sécurité et de la sûreté des systèmes d'information et de communication. Appréhender les virtualité et réalité physique des systèmes économiques, appréhender l'organisation de l'ensemble des éléments et de leurs interactions, ce n'est pas qu'un problème technique. C'est un problème de "safety by design" et de conception sûre de l'intégration humain-systèmes.
