Abstract

Caractéristique de la nouvelle société avec sa révolution informationnelle et ses grandes ruptures industrielles (Barrand1,2010), la transformation numérique a fait évoluer les modes de management et remettre en cause les conditions d'exercice et les compétences du manager. Le changement est le mot le plus utilisé par les dirigeants et dans les médias (Belahouel2013) ; il est également mis en œuvre avec trois changements par an par personne contre 1 avant 2000. Aussi, 80% des produits qui seront consommés dans 20 ans n'existent pas encore (Christensen2, 2012). En conséquence de l'omniprésence du concept, les modalités de fonctionnement au travail ainsi que les attentes des collaborateurs ont fortement évolué.
