Abstract

Cet article présente les premières briques du travail réalisé dans le cadre du projet intitulé « Passeport Vasculaire », ainsi que les premiers résultats préliminaires. Ce travail est réalisé conjointement par le service de chirurgie vasculaire du Centre Hospitalier de Valenciennes (CHV) et l'entreprise Alicante. L'objectif est de détecter parmi l'ensemble des patients admis ou pré-admis au CHV le risque de pathologies vasculaires. Pour mener à terme ce projet, l'expertise des chirurgiens du pôle vasculaire du CHV est mise à disposition, ainsi qu'une combinaison de plusieurs techniques d'algorithmique et d'intelligence artificielle (IA). Ces techniques d'IA ont été exploitées pour tirer profit de l'importante masse de données hétérogènes et complémentaires disponibles au CHV.
