Abstract

L'objectif de cette recherche est de comprendre comment une communauté de pratique (CoP) gère l'effet paradoxal entre collaboration et compétition. La littérature souligne le potentiel de leur logique pour le développement de l'innovation collaborative mais ne prend pas en compte l'effet de la concurrence au sein de la communauté inter-organisationnelle. L'analyse d'une CoP d'entrepreneurs de startups innovantes au Brésil permet de montrer le renfort des régulations internes à la communauté lors de l'intégration de nouveaux membres concurrents. Des modes de régulations externes s'expriment également lors de la formation de relations de coopétition communautaires.
