Abstract

Le Supply Chain Disruption Management (SCDM) est une spécificité du Supply Chain Management (SCM) dédié à la gestion des risques, notamment sociaux. Le déploiement de ce SCDM s'accompagne de l'émergence d'un apprentissage organisationnel en simple voire double boucle. La problématique porte ici sur la compréhension de cet apprentissage consécutif à la mise en place du SCDM de l'entreprise Nike. L'étude présente une analyse de 85 rapports d'audits conduits par FLA (Fair Labor Association) sur une décennie chez les sous-traitants de Nike et disponibles au premier semestre 2020. Le traitement de ce corpus à l'aide du logiciel d'analyse textuelle Alceste a permis de caractériser les composantes de cet apprentissage centré pour les stratégies d'actions sur la sécurité, les relations sociales et la rémunération.
