Abstract

L'émergence de la Responsabilité Sociétale d'Entreprise (RSE) a commencé dans les grandes entreprises en même temps que la prise de conscience de son nécessaire ancrage territorial. Cette contingence se développe en corollaire de la mondialisation économique et elle questionne directement la responsabilité territoriale des entreprises. Cet article soutient que le développement de certains types échanges interentreprises, notamment en dehors de leur chaîne globale de valeur, pourrait favoriser la diffusion des pratiques sociétales. Nous avons analysé pendant plusieurs mois les relations dyadiques de 3 tandems grandes et petites entreprises. Notre démarche confirme l'impact des impulsions normatives et illustre les travaux récents concernant les dialogues RSE territoriaux pour les entreprises. Elle permet d'esquisser une relation entre la qualification de ces dialogues interentreprises et la nature des ressources RSE créées. Le dialogue de co-responsabilité interentreprises ouvre également une voie processuelle inédite d'opérationnalisation du concept d'innovation responsable.
