Abstract

Par ses actes d'achat, le consommateur est un acteur potentiellement influent sur la mise en œuvre de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE). Une des conditions à l'exercice de ce pouvoir dépend de son information sur les actions socialement responsables (SR). Or la littérature montre que l'information ainsi que le niveau de connaissances de la RSE par le consommateur sont faibles et constituent des freins à l'achat responsable.A l'aide de 20 entretiens semi-directifs, nous approfondissons la question de la nécessité et des conditions de mise en place d'une information sur la RSE qui soit utile et compréhensible pour le consommateur.
