Rendre compte des collaborations ONG-entreprises par la diffusion d’informations sociétales

Abstract

Le début du XXIe siècle est marqué par le rapprochement entre les entreprises et les ONG. En effet, les rapports entre les deux acteurs se sont adoucis, quittant des postures antagonistes ou d'ignorance pour donner lieu à des collaborations qui impactent la performance globale des firmes. Parallèlement, les obligations légales concernant la diffusion d'informations extrafinancières se sont renforcées, incitant les grandes entreprises à publier des données sur leurs activités responsables. Cette recherche interroge le comportement des firmes et cherche à comprendre comment les entreprises rendent compte de leurs collaborations avec les ONG. Notre étude empirique met en lumière les verbatims de 28 répondants, soit 14 ONG et 14 entreprises. Les résultats de notre collecte de données ont été étudiés à l'aide du logiciel NVivo 11.
