Abstract

L'objectif de cette contribution est d'envisager les principes clefs de la « thérapie brève systémique » appliqués hors du strict cadre « psychothérapeutique » ; thérapie qui endosse alors une dénomination originale : l'« intervention systémique brève ». Après avoir précisé le contenu des notions essentielles utilisées par ce modèle d'action sur/dans les organisations (considérées au sens le plus large du terme) – et qui, fondamentalement, vise à résoudre les problèmes qui, continûment, ne manquent pas d'y surgir –, notre article considère deux cas d'espèce singuliers, dans lesquels les divers concepts répertoriés ont pu trouver à s'employer pour le plus grand bénéfice des protagonistes en cause.
