Abstract

Cet article se propose de vérifier l'effet de la politique publique de mise à niveau sur l'engagement des entreprises dans l'innovation. L'étude empirique, menée sur un échantillon d'entreprises industrielles algériennes, a permis de mettre en évidence un lien positif et significatif entre l'application de la politique de mise à niveau et l'innovation de produit dans les entreprises ayant participé à ce programme, par rapport à celles qui ne l'ont pas appliqué. En outre, l'amélioration des compétences des ressources humaines, l'utilisation des NTIC et le respect des critères de performance expliquent de manière significative les différences d'engagement dans l'activité d'innovation. Quant aux déterminants traditionnels, dépenses de R&D et taille de l'entreprise, ils ne constituent pas des facteurs influençant significativement l'innovation.
