Abstract

La théorie des organisations se fonde sur un ensemble de concepts, méthodes et outils très variés provenant de disciplines telles que l'économie, la sociologie, la psychologie, l'histoire ou encore les sciences de gestion. Cet ouvrage cherche à rendre compte de cette diversité à partir des travaux de grands auteurs qui font encore aujourd'hui autorité et référence en management, mais aussi à partir de nouvelles approches plus contemporaines comme le leadership, l'implication, le culturalisme, le néo-institutionnalisme.Claire et pédagogique, cette 5e édition enrichie donnera aux étudiants différentes grilles d'analyse des organisations afin de mieux appréhender la complexité des situations de gestion.
