Abstract

Alors que l'incertitude et l'urgence sont au coeur des catastrophes humanitaires soudaines, la logistique de l'acheminement des secours requiert, a priori, une planification particulièrement organisée, la revue de la littérature que nous avons menée était orientée par la question de ce défi paradoxal des exigences de planification de la logistique et de sa transformation numérique face à l'incertitude et l'urgence des catastrophes humanitaires, défi qui se retrouve aussi plus généralement dans certaines situations de gestion. L'analyse du contenu des articles sélectionnés a permis tout d'abord de confirmer ce défi paradoxal. Au delà, pour relever ce défi, trois pistes ont été identifiées dans la littérature : la « résilience » pour éviter qu'un maillon faible de la chaîne ne se propage à l'ensemble, la coordination avec une flexibilité adaptée à la diversité des situations et l'agilité avec une proposition conceptuelle de découplage de la chaîne logistique.
