Abstract

L'économie de la connaissance active les exigences en matière de gestion des savoirs dans les entreprises et plus largement dans les organisations. L'approche par les sciences de la cognition ouvre de nouvelles perspectives. Sa vision externaliste fait des savoirs une activité et non pas un stock d'information. De ce point de vue, la notion d'artefacts semble plus efficace que la notion d'outils de gestion. A partir de deux cas cliniques réalisés dans le domaine de la gestion de qualité et dans le cadre de missions d'appui au dialogue social, les auteurs montrent comment il est possible de créer du savoir organisationnel y compris en utilisant les ressources prometteuses de la visualisation des savoirs (Knowledge Visualization). Il faut alors enrichir les approches en termes de comportements des acteurs par la prise en compte des objets intermédiaires et des objets frontières qui interviennent dans le cadre de ces missions.
