Abstract

Jamais Sans Lui propose des sacs de fabrication française - faits main et personnalisables - avec un positionnement présenté par la créatrice dans une vidéo : le sac se veut compagnon de route, support artistique pour de jeunes créateurs. La problématique suivante est soulevée : comment mieux engager la communauté, pour générer le bouche-à-oreille et augmenter les ventes ? Un questionnement autour de l'engagement comportemental appliqué aux réseaux sociaux apporte un renouveau stratégique en confrontant la stratégie de communication de la marque avec la littérature et notamment la théorie de l'engagement comportemental (Kiesler, 1971).
