Abstract

La recherche présentée s'intéresse à la mise en place d'une gestion territoriale des emplois et compétences (GTEC) dans un parc technologique situé dans un territoire de l'Est de la France. Nous étudions les effets de la représentation des parties prenantes dans la réalisation de ce projet de GTEC. Une étude de cas longitudinale appuie notre analyse. Les observations s'écoulent du début du projet jusqu'à son échec sept ans plus tard. La représentation partagée de la technologie par les parties prenantes est identifiée comme la principale raison de cet échec. Ce résultat révèle que la réussite d'un projet ne repose pas simplement sur l'entente d'un collectif et la compréhension mutuelle. La suppression des a priori sur la technologie et les ressources humaines est également un facteur clef de succès.
