Abstract

Les savoirs des individus sont une réelle plus-value lorsqu'ils sont valorisés dans le cadre d'un management fondé sur une technique dénommée l'empowerment qui conduit à donner du pouvoir d'action aux membres de l'organisation. Le pouvoir ainsi concédé par la direction apparaît propice au développement de comportements et d'actions que l'on peut qualifier de mètis. Cette dernière est définie comme étant une forme de ruse intelligente appliquée à l'action et référée à la mythologie grecque comme puissance de subversion et d'action.
