L’entreprise sous le prisme des combinaisons des méthodes d’agilité, de créativité et de veille

Abstract

The "agile" adjective is now used to describe an ideal of dynamic and innovative companies. In fact, two interpretations of this term can be considered. The first refers to the systematic implementation of agile project management, i.e. conforming to a set of values and principles formulated in a manifesto. It focusses on short cycle development, small teamwork, collaborative design with customers and the welcome changing requirements. The second refers to a company that can react faster and better to environmental changes than its competitors. In both cases, creativity and monitoring play an important role. They allow the company to remain agile by: monitoring environmental changes, alerting on its own routines, quickly considering responses for its customers and, as much as possible, surprising to its competitors.
