Abstract

Vous êtes nommé Knowledge Manager, responsable de la gestion des connaissances, responsable des communautés de pratiques, pilotes de Réseaux Sociaux d'Entreprise ou responsable de la transformation digitale de votre organisation. Vous devez mettre en œuvre des démarches permettant à votre entreprise de libérer l'intelligence collective, de renforcer les pratiques de travail collaboratives et de conserver, partager, développer les connaissances des salariés. Vous connaissez quelques méthodes et technologies mais vous ne savez pas concrètement comment les articuler et surtout quels impacts et efficacité peuvent avoir ces démarches... En bref, vous vous demandez : 'Comment manager les connaissances de votre organisation ?'. Au travers d'exemples concrets et de situations d'entreprise, cet ouvrage vous permettra : de comprendre le management des connaissances aujourd'hui et ses enjeux pour l'entreprise ; d'acquérir des éléments de méthode permettant de concevoir et de mettre en œuvre une démarche de management des connaissances adaptée à votre organisation et à vos objectifs ; de construire des indicateurs permettant d'auditer et d'évaluer votre démarche de management des connaissances ; de comprendre pourquoi le Management des Connaissances est au cœur des programmes de transformation numérique des entreprises.
