Abstract

Les start-ups et les grands groupes entretiennent des relations protéiformes. Au-delà de la relation commerciale BtoB au sein de laquelle les start-ups sont souvent amenées à vendre leurs produits ou leurs services à des grands comptes, elles peuvent aussi établir des partenariats. De nombreuses modalités de rapprochement existent, dont l'objectif affiché est souvent de collaborer dans une perspective d'innovation. Or, on constate parfois que les relations mises en place se détournent de cet objectif et conduisent à l'échec partiel ou total du projet commun. Ces détournements peuvent intervenir à cinq niveaux : initiatives d'idéation, investissements et incubateurs corporate, open innovation et enfin au moment du rachat.
