Abstract

Les transformations numériques que vivent les entreprises depuis quelques années invitent à s'interroger sur les changements qu'elles induisent sur le travail et sur la « construcion sociale et politique » des marchés. Partant du secteur de l'entretien et de la réparation automobile, les auteurs montrent que les réticences dont témoignent certaines entreprises face aux changements induis par le numérique relèvent à la fois de la préservation de leurs qualifications et de la contestation de la capacité de ces outils à traiter la demande sur des marchés situés.
