Abstract

Chapitre 9 - Dans ce chapitre, nous analysons tout d'abord la genèse des business models des entreprises en e-santé étudiées. Nous nous penchons ensuite sur les deux grandes trajectoires d'évolution du business model, en établissant un distinguo entre d'une part les business models dans l'univers du médical, et d'autre part les business models dans l'univers de la santé grand public, du bien-être et des services aux patients et aux personnes âgées.
