Abstract

Le Covid-19 bouleverse le monde et apparaît comme une véritable tragédie mondiale. Au-delà de l'aspect sanitaire, il gangrène pays par pays, région par région, les schémas sociaux quotidiens et des pans entiers d'activités économiques. La vitesse de propagation du virus est telle que même les structures des nations les plus riches éprouvent des difficultés à le contenir. Il s'agit de « la plus grande crise qu'ait connue le monde depuis la seconde guerre mondiale » selon le secrétaire général de l'ONU, Antonio Guterres, qui dans la foulée appelle à faire des États fragiles une priorité.
