Abstract

La mise en œuvre de stratégies coopératives conduit-elle à des relations interentreprises proches des modèles économiques d'organisation connus, ou bien, conduit-elle à une forme d'organisation originale ? Nous discutons cette question en présentant les structures en réseau résultant de ces stratégies, non pas comme de simples formes d'organisation hybrides entre le marché et la hiérarchie, mais comme un archétype de design organisationnel à part entière.
