Abstract

Cet article vise à évaluer le prix implicite de l'excédent azoté lié à la production de blé en France en 2017. En pratique, nous utilisons l'analyse d'enveloppement de données et la modélisation multi-équations pour représenter la technologie génératrice de ce type de pollution. Les résultats montrent un prix implicite d'environ 8€ par kg d'excédent azoté.
