L'organisation d'un atelier industriel de production porcine en avenir aléatoire

Abstract

La production d'une porcherie industrielle de grande dimension est soumise à des fluctuations aléatoires importantes de flux de biens et de services, liées à la nature biologique du convertisseur et à la nature des marchés. Si l'irrégularité dans les flux est inévitable, elle peut être parfois prévue et sa connaissance en termes de probabilités conduire à la mise en place de structures et de systèmes d'organisation qui permettent de l'absorber dans les meilleures conditions. L'analyse de plusieurs ateliers de production porcine a permis d'observer un ensemble de fluctuations pouvant se rattacher à des lois de probabilité connues : certains événements essentiels dans le processus de production, tels que saillies, mises-bas, sevrages s'effectuent de manière aléatoire selon les lois de Poisson. Les intervalles entre divers événements suivent des lois variables selon les cas, mais souvent assimilables à des lois K. d'Erlang. Dès lors que les flux d'animaux sont irréguliers se pose le problème de l'ajustement entre la capacité des installations et ces flux.
