Abstract

Les stratégies d'entreprises dans les industries alimentaires de consommation doivent tenir compte des nouveaux pouvoirs de marché des multinationales du secteur de la distribution. Dans ce contexte, le choix des politiques de différenciation des produits semble justifié et expliquer la multiplication des marques mondiales. Pourtant, le comportement des entreprises industrielles est orienté surtout vers la satisfaction de la demande sur les marché locaux, comme en témoigne l'organisation de leur RD sur une base régionale.
