Abstract

Depuis 1992, les règles concernant le transfert des quotas laitiers varient fortement d'un pays à l'autre. Dans cette étude, les auteurs analysent la répartition de la production régionale de lait et son évolution en France, en Allemagne et au Royaume-Uni dont les systèmes de quota sont contrastés : la France (le plus interventionniste), l'Allemagne et le Royaume-Uni (le plus libéral). Leurs déterminants sont ensuite comparés.
