Abstract

L'objet de la présente synthèse est de rendre compte des principaux résultats d'une étude menée pendant 6 mois, dans le cadre d'une collaboration de recherche entre Montpellier SupAgro et UCCOAR-Val d'Orbieu. Constituant le dernier volet du projet Novinpak®, cette étude avait pour ambition d'analyser la faisabilité commerciale du lancement d'un vin rosé sous emballage PET*. Sans remettre en cause la pertinence de ce lancement, les principaux résultats témoignent de la persistance d'une mauvaise image associée au PET comme emballage pour le vin. Ils montrent aussi le manque de lisibilité de l'argument environnemental de l'emballage PET et permettent de relativiser son importance par rapport aux attributs intrinsèque du vin ou à l'argument de praticité de la bouteille. Enfin, nos résultats rendent compte d'une acceptabilité faible pour le vin en PET en général mais relativement plus élevée pour le rosé.
