Abstract

Alors que les pays européens tentent de trouver un accord sur la politique agricole commune en 2020, une étude démontre que les aides directes bénéficient le plus aux agriculteurs les plus pollueurs. Mais elle prouve aussi que dans le contexte actuel de déséquilibre entre l'offre et la demande, la stratégie de produire toujours plus n'est pas la bonne.
