Abstract

Dans le choix de leur habitat, les ménages font intervenir consciemment ou inconsciemment toute une série de facteurs, et chaque facteur a un prix. Parmi ceux-ci, le climat. Quel prix les français accordent-ils au fait d'habiter dans une région moins froide et moins pluvieuse? Comment calculer ce prix? Des chercheurs relèvent le défi et font parler les bases de données en tentant d'isoler le facteur climatique parmi les autres facteurs explicatifs des prix immobiliers.
