Abstract

Il semble important, dans le travail sur les réseaux d'eau potable, de bien connaître leur vulnérabilité et en particulier en distinguant la vulnérabilité structurelle (impact sur le patrimoine, les infrastructures du réseau), la vulnérabilité fonctionnelle (impact sur le service rendu aux usagers) et la vulnérabilité externe (impact au-delà du service d'eau lui-même, sur l'environnement ou les activités mécaniques).
