Abstract

Le 1er janvier 2015 a marqué l'entrée en vigueur du tarif extérieur commun (TEC) des États membres de la Communauté économique des États de l'Afrique de l'Ouest (CEDEAO). De fait, ce TEC a consacré la réalisation de l'union douanière entre les États de l'Afrique occidentale. Au regard des enjeux, il apparaît utile de faire preuve de discernement et d'accompagner sa mise en œuvre d'analyses appropriées. C'est le but des présentes réflexions, qui se veulent à la fois un bilan et un exercice prospectif.
