Abstract

The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) is an intergovernmental policy-making body that sets international standards and promotes national and international policies to combat money laundering, terrorist financing and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. The OECD is an international organization of developed countries. The objective of these two international bodies is to set consensus rules on the issue of tax havens.
