Abstract

Les Risques Psychosociaux (RPS) mettent en échec le management et la gestion des risques depuis une dizaine d'année maintenant. Le terme RPS, popularisé à partir de 2008 avec la médiatisation des suicides chez France Telecom, Renault, La Poste… a été la traduction et la contraction des conséquences délétères du travail et de ses évolutions sur la santé mentale des salariés. Comment expliquer que, malgré l'augmentation des connaissances sur les mécanismes qui sont à l'origine des RPS, malgré une prise en compte accrue des questions de santé au travail par le management, on en soit toujours globalement au même point ? Trois pistes d'explications.
