Abstract

Les instruments de gestion qui portent les indicateurs sont généralement orientés vers les résultats et principalement quantitatifs. Cela pose des problèmes au regard de l'activité réellement déployée par les acteurs. Il y a donc un besoin de concevoir des instruments de gestion davantage orientés activité. Cette communication se propose de mobiliser les enseignements de l'ergonomie de langue française et du courant du Travail Coopératif Assisté par Ordinateur (Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) pour analyser l'activité et pour concevoir des outils adaptés. Nous nous appuierons sur un travail en cours qui étudie les activités coopératives en situation d'urgence, au centre d'appels du SAMU 91. Nous montrerons le décalage entre le travail prescrit et le travail réellement mis en œuvre par les opérateurs, notamment au travers du concept d'intelligibilité mutuelle. Nous proposerons enfin des pistes pour la conception d'un outil de gestion adapté aux activités coopératives dans ce centre d'appels.
