Abstract

Cette contribution part du constat de l'existence d'un discours incantatoire sur la nécessité d'inclure une dimension RH en matière « d'intelligence économique et stratégique » (IES). Dans une perspective normative et d'alignement, quatre stratégies RH d' « IES » sont proposées ainsi que les politiques RH afférentes. Ces propositions sont ensuite confrontées à un cas de PME sur la base d'un entretien en profondeur avec son dirigeant.
