Abstract

On exige de plus en plus des gestionnaires une conduite intègre et irréprochable lorsqu'un dilemme éthique se présente. Et, pour corser les choses, les occasions et les tentations de transgresser les règles légales, déontologiques ou morales se multiplient dans un monde sans cesse plus compétitif et global, où les technologies et les repères sociaux connaissent une mutation rapide. Aussi, il importe de bien comprendre ce que sont les dilemmes éthiques. Cela permettra de les reconnaître et d'intervenir de manière intègre pour soutenir une carrière en gestion.
