Abstract

Ces dernières années, avec une force aussi soudaine qu'inattendue, la gestion des connaissances (" Knowledge Management ") s'est affirmée dans les entreprises comme un enjeu majeur. Un ensemble d'éléments stratégiques concourt à cette émergence, par exemple : la connaissance est un capital économique ([Evindson 99], [Strassmann.98], [Stewart 97] [Foray 00]), la connaissance est une ressource stratégique : [OCDE 96], la connaissance est un facteur de stabilité de l'entreprise, la connaissance apporte un avantage concurrentiel décisif...
