Abstract

The present paper questions the relation between Marx's theory and the issues of social justice. We first introduce an interpretation claiming that a theory of justice in itself is useless because idealist. We compare it with an interpretation for which founding a critique of capitalism on standards of justice allows to avoid an economist failure which denies individuality.
