Confinement : quelle organisation pour travailler au mieux à son domicile ?

Abstract

Face à la crise sanitaire où le télétravail est généralisé à l'ensemble des salariés en confinement dont l'activité le permet, nous constatons une insuffisance du cadre juridique ou conventionnel dans ce cas particulier de mise en œuvre du télétravail pour circonstances exceptionnelles. Aussi, il parait utile de donner quelques conseils aux salariés non coutumiers du travail à distance, et à leurs managers, afin de les aider à organiser au mieux, et dans la mesure de leurs possibilités individuelles, leur travail à leur domicile. Ces « bonnes pratiques » vont de l'instauration de règles de fonctionnement « simples », établies en lien avec leur supérieur hiérarchique, à l'aménagement de leur espace de travail à leur domicile tout en rappelant quelques-unes des mesures de prévention des risques physiques et psychosociologiques attribués au télétravail.
