Abstract

Recognition of the human factor in achieving the goals of the company revives the discussion of effective management styles and the primacy of workers' well-being. What are the repercussions of organizational innovations on the functioning of teams, employee satisfaction, individual career management and the definition of the roles of those who exercise a managerial function? Does the new management of human resources consider the individual as a psychological subject or as an object of management?
