Abstract

Les nombreuses fonctions des tableaux de bord de gestion en milieu hospitalier sont difficiles à maintenir dans un contexte d'infobésité significative. Notre enquête longitudinale sur 50 tableaux de bord de pilotage issus du secteur sanitaire et du secteur de médico-social témoignent, dans la continuité des tableaux de bord tendanciels projectifs ayant fait l'objet d'un précédent article, de l'importance de lutter contre une infobésité qui nuit à la qualité décisionnelle et au potentiel d'anticipation de l'établissement. Une première tentation "techniciste" semble émerger, fondée sur le smartdata. Nous prônons davantage dans cet article l'émergence d'analyses synthétiques et prospectives et d'une culture du R.A.F. (Reste A Faire).
