Abstract

Depuis la dernière décennie, l'accroissement de la concurrence, couplée à une réduction des financements publics et à un désintérêt des entrepreneurs, force les incubateurs à transformer leurs business models. Afin de comprendre comment ce changement s'opère, nous mobilisons le modèle RCOV. Nos résultats démontrent la transformation des business models d'incubateurs bifaces en multifaces hybrides. Ils leur permettent de s'adresser à une plus grande variété d'entrepreneurs et de financeurs, et donc de gagner en performance.
