Abstract

The article is devoted to research of mechanism of discontinuance of obligation on the basis of assig nation of indemnity. The nature of assignation of indemnity and conditions of its application are analised in the article. The features of indemnity as a rightdepriving jural fact in the obligation sphere of civil law are explored, in particular the moment of discontinuance of obligation by indemnity, its forms and order of legalization.
